Procedure for Installation & Demonstration
- Position the vehicle so that the air nozzle of tyres is on 3 o' clock or 9 o' clock position.
- Deflate the tyre and also remove the valve.
- Inject
into the tyre by using pipe provided alongwith.
Note : Position of 3 o' clock or 9 o' clock is mandatory to ensure that the liquid falls on tube/ tyre rather than falling on the rim or other side of tube.
- After injecting the sealant into the tyre/ tube, put some air (without installing valve) so that
sticking to the inside of the air nozzle is pushed inside the tyre. - Thereafter let the air be released and then clean the inside of the nozzle before installing & tightening up the valve.
- Finally, inflate the tyre.
- After inflating the tyre rotate it rigorously for 10 seconds to ensure that liquid spreads evenly. Thereafter, drive & take a test run of at least 1 Km at a speed not less than 50 Km/ hr.
- Your vehicle is now puncture proof....
-
You are encouraged to test your tyres :
- Insert the nail into the tyre (Don't insert full nail into the tyre, you would find difficulty plucking it out).
- Pluck off the nail and immediately start driving the vehicle. The puncture will be permanently sealed within 1000m run.
-
Important points to remember
- The tyres (especially the front tyres) of any vehicle must be "balanced" before using
. Otherwise, the vehicle may bubble at higher speeds. - The liquid quantity should not be less than the prescribed quantity as per the formula.
- Cleaning of inside surface of the air nozzle is important otherwise the valve can be permanently stuck.
- Avoid using in local tubes. Prefer using for fresh tube.
is not to be used / injected into old tubes with punctures.
is designed to immediately seal tyre punctures of moving vehicles, thus while stationery testing/ demonstration simulation of a moving tyre must be ensured.
